Dr. Paul Morcos is the founder of JUSTICIA Law firm (, attorney at law, legal and compliance advisor for several banks and financial institutions, and the president and founder of the Lebanese Foundation for Development and Human Rights ( Dr. Morcos, a trilingual speaker who speaks Arabic, English, and French, is also a professor at Saint-Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon (previously at: American University of Beirut, La Sagesse and Lebanese University). He is the legal advisor of the Union of Arab Banks. Dr. Morcos coordinated the National Action Plan for Human Rights at the Lebanese parliament with the UNDP and OHCHR support and works as a legal counselor for several public and private entities such as the Lebanese parliament as well as other private institutions and companies. With his legal expertise in corporate and banking law, and human rights, he published several books on public law, human rights and democracy, legal corporate and banking. Dr. Morcos is an author of multiple books and studies published in scientific magazines, both in Lebanon and the Arab world some were supported and published under the patronage of the World Bank, UNDP, UNESCO and EU. He participated in several legal programs in the United States and was awarded with merits from Lebanese and international authorities.
